On November 26, the founding congress and the opening ceremony of Guangzhou High-tech Enterprise Association Environmental Protection Industry Branch was held on the fifth floor conference room of Guangzhou Yiwen Environmental Co., Ltd. Zhang Xiangnian, provincial Science and Technology Department of high-tech deputy researcher, Chen Xi, director of Municipal High-tech Bureau Committee, Section chief Luo Zheng, Feng Mengjue, Secretary-general of High-tech Enterprises Association, Pu Jun, deputy director of the Entrepreneurship Center and other leaders and guests have attended the opening ceremony. A total of 26 delegates from vice president unit, governing units and members of the branch attended the meeting. Secretary-General Feng Mengjue introduced the purpose and development idea to establish the branch, and deputy researcher Zhang Xiangnian, director Chen Xi made important speeches.
The establishment of the branch is a great event, which means our member companies in the resources and environmental technology field shall have their own "home." To promote collaborative innovation of member companies in the resources and environmental technology field, we establish the sharing mechanism in industry upstream and downstream resource to help members’ own development and lay a good foundation for the regulation of the industry self-discipline. At the same time, it is also the concrete measures to implement the Decision of CPC Guangzhou Municipal People's Government on the Implementation to Accelerate the Implementation of Innovation-driven Development Strategy to implement and accelerate the three-year action plan on the development of high-tech enterprises, and help government departments carry out the city's innovative enterprises, breeding program of science and technology innovation small giant, R&D institutions, R&D subsidy and other relevant scientific and technological innovation policies to the member enterprises.
The meeting passed the branch constitution, and elected the president Liu Yubing of Guangzhou Yiwen Environmental Science Technology Co., Ltd. as the first chairman of the branch, Du Daohong, general manager of Guangzhou Xin Tao Water Purification Co., Ltd. and Jiang Dong, vice general manager of Guangdong Xindayu Environmental Technology Co., Ltd. as vice chairman. Deputy researcher Zhang Xiangnian, director Chen Xi, Secretary-General Feng Mengjue and newly elected chairman, vice chairman of the branch unveiled the nameplate for the establishment of branch. Liu Yubing, newly elected chairman of the first board, said that the branch will adhere to the provision of services, establishment of the platform and the conduction of exchanges as the main means to fulfill the duties of the first Council and make contributions for the development and innovation of science and technology in Guangzhou.
Finally, Dr. Chen Nengyang of the Provincial Eco-Environment and Soil Research Institute was invited to make a keynote speech named Soil Pollution Remediation Dynamic.
